The Balkan expo for clothing and textile - BGate started Thursday in Inter Expo Center, Sofia, gathering the some of the strongest companies in the field.
Over 120 textile companies presented fashion trends for the upcoming season, clothing, textile, yarn, accessories machines and equipment. The participants in the fair showed innovations and modern technologies in producing textile and clothing.
BGate is entirely business-to-business oriented and allows for creating many contacts in the area.
The companies exhibiting are divided into four areas - knitwear; confection; textile and accessories; and services and equipment.
There are 20 Turkish companies partaking in the expo and over 40 first-time appearances.
The business-to-business orientation of the expo imposes restrictions for the wide audience, and participants' entries are regulated by a registration restrictions and the entrance.
