The German company Mueller&Soehne GmbH is in talks with an unnamed Bulgarian investor to sell the majority stake in Ruse-based silk producer Dunavska Koprina, the latter's director, Milka Dimitrova, said.
The sale contract should be signed in two months. Mueller&Soehne currently owns 68 pct in Dunavska Koprina.
Dunavska Koprina is one of the oldest Bulgarian textile enterprises. It recovered from insolvency announced in 2002 and restored operation in August 2003. Currently, it operates at full capacity. The recovery plan envisages its net cash flow to reach 1.6 mln levs ($1.0 mln/808,385 euro) by 2008.
