Inflation in Bulgaria marked a slight increase on an annual basis in February. Data from the National Statistical Institute (NSI) show 0.9 percent growth in prices compared to February 2009 In January it was reported annual inflation of 0.5%. Meanwhile, the monthly inflation rate (compared to January) is nearly unchanged compared to its size last month - 0.6 percent. Before January NSI data showed minimal monthly inflation of 0.7 percent.
